The staff manager, tartar, provided really good care and support when i had a health issue. They took me to the hospital to ensure i was okay. the resort has implemented a guest id verification process. breakfast offered generous variety. A chef cooked eggs and omelets to order. the eco-friendly design included trees, water fountains, and ponds. This created a relaxing environment..
The hotel feels slightly outdated in terms of decor and upkeep. Modernization could enhance the experience.

The hotel had multiple pools. I noted two well-kept pools with ample space. Daily breakfast included a WIDE variety of options, from western to local cuisine. The hotel's proximity to main attractions allowed for easy access. I found the grounds well-kept. Staff ensured cleanliness throughout the day.
I noticed that some furniture showed minor signs of wear, though it did not affect my stay considerably.

attentive staff early check-in private jacuzzi no beach old room canal smell
the front desk staff seemed very attentive. i managed an early check in thanks to them. the siam villa was perfect for our family, especially with its easy access to the pool. it included a private jacuzzi.
i found that there was no beach access, despite the pictures. the rooms are old and not closing properly, so flies get inside. there was also a bad smell coming from the canal close to the room.

excessive noise dated hotel
The location was acceptable.
The noise levels at night were EXCESSIVE. Music from nearby bars made it hard to sleep. The hotel generally seemed quite dated and could use some refurbishment.

The room had a good size. The on-site concierge helped book activities for me. Two pools were available, and they were clean.
The gym was terrible. I did not receive an extra three hours for a late check out. The hotel is old and requires a full refurbishment.

the hotel had lots of greenery and a tranquil atmosphere it was close to nightlife activity i enjoyed every minute the mini bar was reasonably priced and always well stocked
